A graduate of famed culinary arts school Johnson & Wales, Gabriel’s combined corporate chef skillset and personal training business acumen helps to pull his clients’ dreams out of their heads and manifests them into results they can see in the mirror. His customized programs physically, mentally and emotionally transform his clients from who they are to who they want to be.
Known as the “Fit Chef,” Gabriel knows a thing or two on how to whip up winning recipes for success. With a knack for transforming his clients’ bodies from the inside out, Gabriel’s unique dual nutrition and fitness approach to weight loss is the result of years of carefully blending his passion for food and personal training with his corporate chef experience.
